Regular Studio and Top Hat Studio have announced that MOTORSLICE will release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in May 2026. A new trailer for the game has also released.

The new trailer features narration from Kira Buckland, known for her role as 2B in NieR: Automata, who also voices the game’s protagonist: P. Check out the newest trailer for MOTORSLICE below:

The Steam page describes the game as follows:

Inspired by Prince of Persia, Mirror’s Edge and Shadow of the Colossus, traverse brutalist landscapes in this slice of life action-adventure game!

Parkour through a brutalist post-apocalyptic world with smooth gameplay, and engage in seamless combat encounters. You must use your skills and agility to find your way in this desolated place.

Play as a girl named ‘P’, and use everything at her disposal to escape from deadly traps. Run, climb, slide, crouch, wall run, perform stunts, and even use your chainsaw to cross impossible distances.

From smaller autonomous construction equipment, to massive dump trucks, survive a hostile environment where everything wants to kill you. Who’s gonna win, a sleepy girl with a chainsaw, or an army of rogue machines?

Strike first, or die. A single mistake can cost your life in a brutal clash of metal. Too big to destroy with one swing? Climb bosses and slice them into pieces, turning colossal machines into dust.

Not everything can be solved with a chainsaw. Alone with a flashlight, you are powerless against the crushing atmosphere of the structure. Rush through the darkness in endless corridors and cross liminal spaces.

Insignificant as you are on the scale of this cursed place, you have to face your fears and complete the job. But can you fight your megalophobia?

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection Reveals New 'Royal Monsters' Update Details

Capcom has revealed new details about the upcoming free “Royal Monsters” update for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection. The update will release in summer 2026.

In a post, Capcom reveals what else fans can expect from the update: “After completing the game, reloading your save file will allow you to take on the ‘Final Battle’ again at a higher difficulty level. Once you clear this version of the Final Battle, almost all existing monsters will then be able to appear as Royal Monsters across the game’s regions, allowing you to take on even more challenging battles. Furthermore, you will also be able to take on Royal Monster versions of the Invasive Monsters and Elder Dragons, so prepare your Monsties, strategies and gear for battle!”

The upcoming free update will add more powerful versions of monsters, titled Royal Monsters. Previously, producer Ryozo Tsujimoto explained that “riders of level 90 or above will need to prepare carefully and use their strongest Monsties and strategies to defeat to them.” He also revealed that due to development on the Additional Side Story: Rudy DLC progressing faster than expected, Capcom may release it earlier than expected.

Ratatan Cancels PlayStation 4 Version

Ratatan Cancels PlayStation 4 Version

Ratata Arts has announced that it has cancelled PlayStation 4 version of Ratatan, and reconfirmed the cancellation of the original Nintendo Switch version. Additionally, it has confirmed the pricing for the digital and physical releases of the game.

In a statement on the game’s Kickstarter page, Ratata Arts explains the reason for the decision:

Switch and PlayStation 4 Version

We looked at a wide variety of different methods to try to make this possible. While developing the game we again reviewed different options to release on these platforms and were able to add Switch 2 as an option. We were trying to balance the best possible user experience while covering a large amount of platforms as an indie team.

In deciding the best way to use limited money to make a full online title, sometimes you have to prioritize different platforms. After lengthy discussions with our publisher Game Source Entertainment, we have decided that the projected number of units we could sell for legacy hardware would not justify the licensing fees necessary to complete those SKUs. We can replace either of those SKUS with Steam, Switch 2, PS5, or Xbox Series X. For anyone who does not have one of the above hardwares, we will begin a support ticket to look at what options we have.

In looking at those options it became clear that we wouldn’t be able to make the highest possible quality game while also developing for a large number of different platforms. So we have decided to focus on a smaller number of platforms to achieve maximum quality. We know there are a lot of backers who looked forward to this on their platform of choice and we are deeply sorry for being able to do everything. That being said, we will continue to look into what options we have to see if those platforms are options in the future. For now, however, please allow us to focus on this more manageable set of platforms.

Ratatan will release for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on July 16. The digital version will cost $34.99, while both the digital deluxe and physical versions will cost $39.99. The digital deluxe includes the main game,  the Legendary Weapon “Spirit Sword Banbansord,” the Special Weapon & Accessory Set, the Cobun Set, and the Growth Material Set. If you pre-order the game you will get the aforementioned Spirit Sword Banbansord.

It is currently still unknown when the game will release. Its predecessor, State of Decay 2, is available now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The Steam page describes the game as follows:

State of Decay 2 is an open-world survival-fantasy game set just after the zombie apocalypse. Your small community of survivors seeks to rebuild a corner of civilization, and you get to make all the decisions about how that happens.

You decide who to recruit to your team, where to settle your community, how to fortify and upgrade your base, and when it’s time to move to greener pastures. You select which survivor to bring along on a scavenging run for the food and ammo you need, and who you’ll use to fight off the zombies attacking your base. You choose how you’ll deal with other people who move into your town. Will you be friendly and welcoming… or will you aggressively defend your territory?

The Nintendo Switch 2 version of THE NEW DENPA MEN includes smoother visuals with a higher frame fate at a higher resolution, and save data from the Switch version can be used if linked to the same Nintendo Account. In-game purchases are also shared on the same Nintendo Account.

THE NEW DENPA MEN is available now for Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS.

Lastly, here’s an overview of the game, via the Nintendo eShop:

THE NEW DENPA MEN

Denpa Men, a mysterious creature that floats around radio waves. Form a party with them and go on an adventure!

THE NEW DENPA MEN is a free-to-play, consumer-operated RPG in which you catch the mysterious creatures “Denpa Men” that fly around you, make them your companions, and go on an adventure.

What are Denpa Men?

Denpa Men are mysterious creatures born from the radio waves that fly around you.
Each radio wave carries different information, so each Denpa Men is unique (one of a kind).
You can’t find them with the naked eye, but you can find and catch them using THE NEW DENPA MEN.

THE NEW DENPA MEN is an RPG in which you make them your companions and go on an adventure.

Let’s go on an adventure

Add the Denpa Men you want to go on an adventure with to your party. Each Denpa Men has its own characteristics, and each stage you adventure on has its own characteristics, so we recommend that you form a party that suits the stage. In addition to the main stage that you can enjoy at any time, there are also event stages that are open for a limited time and extra stages that open when certain conditions are met. You may find treasure chests and secret passages during your adventure. Monsters await you inside the stages. Battles are quick and easy with simple controls (you can also give individual instructions).

There are many other elements besides adventure

In addition to RPG elements such as adventure and character development, there is also a wide range of content, including decoration elements for your own island and the island, fishing, battles with other players’ parties, “Together Catch” with up to four players playing nearby, and “Voucher Collection” to collect “Vouchers” dropped by monsters at the end of battle.
