Pokémon Scarlet/Violet is continuing the franchise’s foray into more open design. Scarlet and Violet are much more open and free than Pokémon Sword and Shield’s wild area and Pokémon Legends Arceus’s open, segmented areas. The open world in Scarlet and Violet even gives you the freedom to visit cities in your desired order. This includes the gyms these cities house. You can tackle the gyms in whatever order you want as well, theoretically. There is a caveat; there is no level scaling. Therefore, the gyms do have recommended levels. Keep this in mind as you decide how you will face these challenges. This guide contains details on the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Gym Leader order, recommended by their levels.
