Action RPG Cosmic Galaxy Wars is Now Available on Steam

CHIMERA Special Agency and YOSHITSUNA have released Japanese action RPG Cosmic Galaxy Wars on PC via Steam. Cosmic Galaxy Wars costs $19.99 and supports English and Japanese language options.

Here’s an overview of the game, via Steam:

The Abyss of RPG Awaits—

You won’t find another RPG like this anywhere in the world.
That’s a promise.

At the start, you’ll probably ask yourself: “What on earth is this?”
As you keep playing, you might be reminded of a few games from the past.
But sooner or later, you’ll realize—
this is unlike any RPG you’ve ever experienced.

There are no hand-holding tutorials here.
The game asks you to learn by playing.
Not because it’s unfriendly, but because discovery is the fun.
When you uncover the path forward on your own, the catharsis is incomparable.

That is the essence—and the thrill—of this RPG.

Once again, let us repeat:
The Abyss of RPG Awaits—

Shooting RPG

A lone hero explores the dungeon.
The hero shoots bullets through the dark halls.
Dodge enemy fire.
It’s an RPG, but it plays like a shooting game.

And yet, it doesn’t stop there.
This is “Galactic Wars”.
An experience you simply cannot understand—
until you play it yourself.

A Million Floors!?

Descending into dungeons is nothing new for RPGs.
Roguelike? Of course, we’ve got that.

But here…
the dungeon stretches to an unbelievable 1,000,000 floors!
(Yes, seriously.)

How Do You Conquer an RPG Like This…?

To clear this insane RPG, you can’t stay sane.
Players must abandon all conventional thinking.

Break free from the “rules” you thought you knew about RPGs.
What matters most is your ideas.

Hack the system.
Conquer all one million floors.

This game is nothing less than a challenge to every gamer.

This is a rhythm-adventure game where you play as a hikikomori (shut-in) girl who’s high on denpa songs. Become Yunyun-brained and lose all self-control to anonymously post on social media and destroy the world with your Yunyun brain rot.
Have a Doki-Doki experience with over 30 denpa songs and multiple endings.

      • Q. Why did she become a hikikomori?
      • Q. How does anonymous online posting lead to world destruction?
      • Q. Does a happy ending exist for a degenerate otaku?

The answers to those “Q” s lie at the convergence of insanity and denpa psychosis.

Anonymously post online and infect the whole world with Yunyun-brain!

Will there really be a happy end for such a degenerate otaku?
      • Yunyun – A fictional character that loves Qtie. A very much angelic devil. She will speak to Qtie through the monitor screen. Whilst the truth is unknown, most likely, she is just a figment of Qtie’s imagination. It’s joever for her.
About Denpa Songs!

Q. What is a “denpa” song?
It is a genre of music that is intentionally strange and catchy. All playable songs in this game are denpa songs.

2XKO Reveals Gameplay Trailer for Akali

Riot Games has released a gameplay trailer for the next character coming to 2XKO, Akali. She will be available on April 7 alongside patch 1.1.5.

Previously, Riot Games announced that the next two characters releasing for the game are Akali and Senna. In a post, Shaun Rivera, the director of 2XKO, further described the characters: “Akali is 2XKO’s next champion. She’s a sharp, stylish ninja who cuts opponents down with deadly precision. Meet Senna, who wields the power of light and shadow. Blasts enemies with a massive cannon, then rush them down in her wraith form. We’ll have more to share about these two later, but in the meantime, we’re looking forward to your hot takes and theorycrafting.”

Check out the trailer showcasing Akali in 2XKO below:

Earlier this year, Riot Games laid off roughly 80 employees from the 2XKO team, with half being from the game’s global development team. Riot Games is offering opportunities within the company to those affected by the layoffs or letting them go entirely with six months of severance pay. Going forward, the smaller 2XKO team will be continuing operations at a limited scale, focusing on “key improvements” to the game.

2XKO initially entered early access on October 7, 2025 for PC (client download), followed by the full launch on January 20 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Lastly, the PlayStation Store page describes the game as follows:

In 2XKO, good teamwork makes the difference between victory and defeat. Fight solo to control both champions on your team, or grab a friend to duo with. Switch up your game every match with Fuses, powerful playstyle modifiers that change the rules your team plays by.
