Anime NYC has revealed new panels that will take place during the 2026 iteration of its event. These include panels for Big West/Macross, and English dub premieres for Go Forward and the Detective Conan: The Million-Dollar Pentagram anime film.
All three panels will take place on August 22. The Big West panel will highlight the Macross franchise. It will feature updates on upcoming merchandise and projects, as well as an English-subtitled feature screening for Macross Delta the Movie: Passionate Walkūre. The film is a compilation film of the Macross Delta anime, but with added scenes to tell a new story, as well as additional songs. The English dub panel for Go Forward will screen the English-dubbed first episode, and will include a Q&A with the dub’s director Phebe Fabacher. Finally, the Detective Conan film will screen once again in English after debuting at Anime Expo 2026.
Lastly, the most recent Macross game, MACROSS Shooting Insight, is available now on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. Here’s an overview of the game, via Red Art Games:
