Capcom announced Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition are coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on February 27, 2026 alongside the release of Resident Evil Requiem.
Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition includes the full game, the “Not a Hero” chapter, and all additional DLC. Resident Evil Village Gold Edition includes the Winters’ Expansion and the Trauma Pack.
Last month, Capcom revealed a new look at Resident Evil Requiem in addition to new artwork celebrating the 30th anniversary of Resident Evil. The art features Grace, plus familiar faces like Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, and Ada Wong.
Resident Evil Requiem will release on February 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to experience hands-off gameplay of Resident Evil Requiem at Summer Game Fest.
