SEGA and ATLUS released the new “An Ideal World” trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, exploring the new story line in the Canon of Vengeance.
Alongside the new Canon of Vengeance story, Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will feature new demons, additional features, and previously released DLC from the original Shin Megami Tensei V. The second official trailer also confirmed a new Nahobino form alongside a new dungeon, various demons, and slew of additional quests. The latest trailer provides a deep look into the main story of the new Shin Megami Tensei title.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Trailer Delves into “An Ideal World”
The new “An Ideal World” trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance highlights the Canon of Vengeance story, which gives players access to brand-new areas in Da’at. Players will also recruit new demons while taking on the Qadištu, a group of vengeful demons led by Lilith.

Fans in Japan may look forward to ATLUS Fest, which will be held from June 8 to June 9 in Akihabara to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the company. The event will feature demos for both Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio. Alongside the demos, attendees can expect merchandise sales, stage events, and exhibitions
ATLUS recently confirmed that Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is Steam Deck verified. This means that the game is fully functional using the Steam Deck’s default configuration and graphics settings, and the text is legible on Steam Deck with proper icons.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on June 14 worldwide. The game is available to pre-order now digitally in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam for $59.99. In addition, physical pre-orders are available now at participating retailers.
