    ATLUS Fest Announced for June 2024 in Akihabara

    Try out SMT V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio for the first time.

    ATLUS announced that ATLUS Fest will be held from June 8 to June 9 in Akihabara, celebrating the 35th anniversary of the company. The event will feature demos for both Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio

    Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will feature the new Canon of Vengeance story, new demons, additional features, and previously released DLC from the original Shin Megami Tensei V.  The second official trailer also revealed a new Nahobino form, a new dungeon, and various new and returning demons. Composer Ryota Kozuka recently confirmed that the Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance soundtrack has over 20 new battle themes.

    ATLUS Fest Features SMT V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio Demos

    Admission to ATLUS Fest is free, and attendees can try out free demos of Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio. The event will be active from 10:00 to 18:00 JST at the Bellesalle Akihabara on June 8 and June 9. Alongside the aforementioned demos, attendees can expect merchandise sales, stage events, and exhibitions, according to ATLUS

    The Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Godhood Guild is now live as a special club for MegaTen fans. Members who sign up at the official website will receive special perks, including sneak peeks of content drops, and merch giveaways. Although ATLUS Fest is not confirmed for any regions in the west, the newsletter is a useful source of SMT news.

    What’s more, ATLUS recently confirmed that Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is Steam Deck verified. This means that the game is fully functional using the Steam Deck’s default configuration and graphics settings, and the text is legible on Steam Deck with proper icons. 

    Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on June 14 worldwide. The game is available to pre-order now digitally in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam for $59.99. In addition, physical pre-orders are available now at participating retailers.
