Nintendo and Intelligent Systems announced Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass Wave 4 launches on April 5 for Nintendo Switch. The upcoming DLC brings a new story scenario, new characters, new locations, and much more to Fire Emblem Engage.
Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass Wave 4 features a new story scenario titled “Fell Xenologue.” In the Fell Xenologue, Alear and his allies will lend their aid to an alternate world on the verge of ruin after the Divine Dragon was defeated. The army of heroes must reclaim seven bracelets from across the land and face very familiar people as enemies.
Alongside the Fell Xenologue, Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass Wave 4 adds new class types for players to try out. This is in addition to the new locations and characters featured throughout the new DLC. Players may prepare by playing through Expansion Pass Wave 2 and 3, which are available now.
Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass Wave 2 includes Hector (Emblem of Strength), Soren (Emblem of Acumen), and Camilla (Emblem of Revelation). Hector bolsters defense and unleashing counterattacks in battle, while Soren unleashes powerful magic attacks over a wide area. Camilla modifies the terrain to hinder enemies while providing openings for attacks.
Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass Wave 3 features Chrom and Robin (Emblem of Bonds) and Veronica (Emblem of Heroes). Chrom and Robin specialize in thunder-based magic attacks and counterattacking, while Veronica utilizes the ability to summon heroes. Players may recruit these Emblems by completing their respective paralogue quests.
