Forza Horizon 6 is Still Planned to Release on PS5

Players can wishlist it now in the PlayStation Store.

Xbox Game Studios and Playground Games’ Forza Horizon 6 is still planned to release for PlayStation 5 later this year, according to the game’s latest series blog post. Players can wishlist the PS5 version of Forza Horizon 6 in the PlayStation Store

Forza Horizon 6 launched on May 19 for Xbox Series X|S and PC via Windows (Microsoft Store) and Steam. A PS5 version is set to release at a later date, and Forza Horizon 6 is available with Xbox Game Pass as well. With cross-play and cross-saves, Forza Horizon 6 players will be able to play together on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S while continuing their progress on whichever versions of the game they own.

There were more than 600 real cars and several new features at launch, including touge battles and multiplayer CoLab. The game is set in Japan, with Tokyo as its main destination. Tokyo is the largest urban area ever featured in the Forza Horizon series. Players have access to several high-profile race cars and street vehicles, including the 2024 Nissan GT-R Nismo, 2021 RJ Anderson #37 Polaris RZR Pro 4 Truck, 2025 GR GT Prototype and 1995 Porsche 911 GT2.

A new Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition Xbox Wireless Controller and Headset are also available. The Xbox Wireless Controller – Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition ($89.99) and Xbox Wireless Headset – Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition are available for purchase at Microsoft Store, Amazon, Best Buy, and other participating tech retailers.
