MONGIL: STAR DIVE is Now Available for PC, Android and iOS

Netmarble has released monster-taming action RPG MONGIL: STAR DIVE on Android via Google Play, iOS via App Store, and PC via Windows (Netmarble Launcher) and Epic Games Store. To celebrate the launch, Netmarble is hosting various in-game events in MONGIL: STAR DIVE with a number of different rewards up for grabs, including Compass of Promise summoning tickets, Special Gold Upgrade Stone 5-star Monsterling upgrade materials, and Monsterling Chests.

What’s more, Netmarble business team leader Dong Ki Kang also confirmed that there will be global online and offline events for MONGIL: STAR DIVE following launch, including pop-up stores, event zones, and merchandise events, are planned worldwide. Netmarble also confirmed that there are plans to bring MONGIL: STAR DIVE to consoles, including Xbox platforms and PlayStation 5. Regarding in-game events, post-launch content plans include Episode 6 with a Far East region, new playable character Esther, the upcoming Legendary Monster “Reginula,” and much more.

Pearl Abyss has announced that Crimson Desert has officially sold over 5 million copies. The new sales statistic comes after almost a month since its launch on March 19.

Initially, the game reached 2 million copies after just one day. Then, its sales doubled to 4 million copies after two weeks since its release. In a new social media message, Pearl Abyss celebrates the statistic stating that “Crimson Desert has sold through over 5 million copies worldwide! Thank you to every Greymane who has joined us on this journey, experienced the world of Pywel, and supported the game. Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without your support and we are truly grateful!”

Crimson Desert launched on March 19 for Mac, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam for $69.99. DESTINYbit has announced that NITRO GEN OMEGA will leave Steam Early Access and release on consoles on May 12. The game initially released in Early Access on June 17, 2025. 

Version 1.0, according to DESTINYbit, will include “the Main Quest, which introduces new characters, cutscenes and an expanded soundtrack. Alongside that we have plenty of improvements to UI/UX, new mech parts, achievements and more. We plan to share more in the coming weeks.” It will also be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch upon the release of version 1.0 for Steam. The game will cost $29.99. Project YNP has announced Future GPX Cyber Formula Spiral, a new racing game in the Future GPX Cyber Formula franchise. Currently, the developers have not yet revealed the consoles or the release date for the upcoming game. 

The game will feature a new story supervised by director Mitsuo Fukuda, set in a new era beyond the series’ existing narrative. It will depict “inherited wills, newly formed bonds, and the desires within each character’s heart.” Spiral‘s story is not only about aiming for victory, but about moving toward the future. It boasts the “passionate, heartrending, and powerful drama” that the series has become known for. Additionally, it will include evolved race presentation, which makes the ultra-high-speed race battles “more impactful and immersive” than ever before. Dynamic character animations will also be present. 

The most recent entry in the Future GPX Cyber Formula series, Future GPX Cyber Formula SIN VIER, is available now on PC via Steam and PlayStation 4. The Steam page describes it as follows:

Nippon Ichi Software has announced a free demo for “fairy tale destruction” adventure game Shinigami Hime to Ishokan no Kaibutsu is available now for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 in Japan. The Shinigami Hime to Ishokan no Kaibutsu demo lets players enjoy the game’s first picture book world “Koyou no Mori” up until the first battle against Ookami Princess. Save data from the demo carries over to the full game.

Shinigami Hime to Ishokan no Kaibutsu on April 30 in Japan for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5. The game was playable in public for the first time at Happinet Game Fes! 2026m which took place at Bellesalle Akihabara from March 28 to March 29 in Tokyo.

What’s more, Nippon Ichi Software will release Prinny Sugoroku, a new party game launching this fall in Japan for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam for 7,678 yen (tax included). The publisher will also release Rudel’s new The Witch and the Hundred Knight game for Android and iOS in Japan.

Nippon Ichi PC Games is now available in Japan, offering players a direct way to experience the company’s games on PC. Players can buy games at Nippon1.jp Shop, install it on the Nippon Ichi PC Games application, and play them directly on PC. One of the first new games that will be available on Nippon Ichi PC Games is GOBBLE, which launches on September 24 in Japan for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and the aforementioned launcher.

Nintendo has released a new trailer for Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, titled “Too Cool for Yoomian Island.” The game will release tomorrow, on April 16, for Nintendo Switch. 

The latest trailer features Yoomian Island, the location that has been the focus of the game’s marketing since the Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream direct. It highlights Tara, the “coolest person” on the island, who is able to style people’s hair and effortlessly draw the attention of all the island’s denizens. While the trailer doesn’t reveal any new mechanics, it further showcases what players can expect from the game before it releases tomorrow. Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream launches on April 16, and pre-orders are available now on the Nintendo eShop. A free demo is available now, allowing players to make a few Miis and try out some of the game’s features. Save data from the demo transfers to the full game. For completing the demo, you get a free hamster costume, which will also carry over to the final version.
