NetherRealm Studios has announced that Ghostface will be available in Mortal Kombat 1 early access on November 19. He will be available for all other players on November 26. Players who own Khaos Reigns, the bundle, or the kollection will get the character at no additional cost.
Additionally, NetherRealm has also released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming character. They’ll likely release an extended trailer for Ghostface in the weeks leading up to his release. Check out the teaser trailer for Ghostface, coming to Mortal Kombat 1 on November 19, below:
Recently, NetherRealm Studios released the expansion for Mortal Kombat 1, titled Khaos Reigns. It includse Noob Saibot, Sektor, and Cyrax at launch. In the months following its launch on September 24, NetherRealm Studios will also add the T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Conan the Barbarian, and Ghostface from the Scream franchise.
Mortal Kombat 1 is the most recent entry in the beloved Mortal Kombat franchise. The game is available now and features various unique characters and brand-new ways to play. In November, during New York Comic-Con, NRS released the first DLC character, Omni-Man, for the game. They released Quan Chi in December, with the next character, Peacemaker, releasing in February. In April, Ermac was added to the game. In June, NRS added Homelander. Before the release of Khaos Reigns, the most recent character was Takeda.
Mortal Kombat 1 is available now on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch. The recent story expansion, Khaos Reigns, is available now for all consoles mentioned above. The game’s next character, Ghostface, will be available on November 19 for early access owners.
