    Mortal Kombat 1 Quan Chi Gameplay Trailer Revealed

    New kameo, Khameleon, will be available in December.

    NetherRealm Studios has revealed a gameplay trailer for the next DLC character of Mortal Kombat 1, Quan Chi. The new trailer also reveals a brief look at the next Kameo fighter, Khameleon. Further, it shows a sneak preview of the next DLC character, Peacemaker. Quan Chi will be available for everyone on December 21 and Khameleon will be available in January. 

    Mortal Kombat 1 is the long-anticipated next entry in the beloved Mortal Kombat franchise. The game is available now and features various unique characters and brand-new ways to play. Last month, during New York Comic-Con, NRS released the first DLC character, Omni-Man, for the game. Quan Chi will be the next DLC fighter, and after him, it will be Peacemaker.

    During CCXP 2023, NetherRealm Studios revealed the first trailer for the next DLC character coming to Mortal Kombat 1: Quan Chi. Quan Chi is a legacy character who first appeared in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub Zero. In MK1, he uses a wide variety of portals and brutal magic attacks to his advantage, keeping the pressure on opponents from both short and long distances. 

    The trailer also gives a look into the game’s next Kameo fighter, Khameleon. Khameleon first appeared in the Mortal Kombat Trilogy on the Nintendo 64. Her playstyle can be summoned by the player and utilizes moves from the different members of Edenia’s hierarchy. This includes Kitana, Mileena, and Jade. Lastly, the trailer briefly teases Peacemaker, the next character coming to MK1. Peacemaker is a character from the DC Universe, and is a dark vigilante/villain who is willing to attain peace at any cost. 

    Quan Chi will be available for season pass owners on December 14. He will be available to everyone on December 21. Khameleon will be available in January. A release date for Peacemaker has not yet been confirmed. Check out the new trailer below:
