    Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Daily Demon Video Introduces Kinmamon

    The giant-headed deity returns.

    SEGA and ATLUS have released a new “Daily Demon” video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, introducing the demon Kinmamon. This demon was previously featured in Soul Hackers 2.

    The April 26 Daily Demon video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance introduced Gremlin,  Gremlin is a mischievous fairy that possess machines and items to make them act in bizarre ways. Each Daily Demon video highlights a demon and provides a general overview of its lore and abilities. 

    Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Daily Demon Video – Kinmamon (Enigma)

    Returning from Soul Hackers 2, Kinmamon is a mysterious deity of Ryukyu Shinto in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. Kinmamon is also referred to as “the God from Beyond the Sea, Marebito.” The deity is related to Amaterasu, according to the scarce sources of Kinmamon in the world. The worship of Kinmamon is typically associated with the Ryukyu Islands.

    Fans in Japan may look forward to ATLUS Fest, which will be held from June 8 to June 9 in Akihabara to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the company. The event will feature demos for both Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio. Alongside the demos, attendees can expect merchandise sales, stage events, and exhibitions

    ATLUS recently confirmed that Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is Steam Deck verified. This means that the game is fully functional using the Steam Deck’s default configuration and graphics settings, and the text is legible on Steam Deck with proper icons. 

    Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on June 14 worldwide. The game is available to pre-order now digitally in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam for $59.99. In addition, physical pre-orders are available now at participating retailers.
