    Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Daily Demon Video Introduces Gremlin

    Another returning demon from Soul Hackers 2.

    SEGA and ATLUS have released a new “Daily Demon” video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, introducing the demon Gremlin. This demon was previously featured in Soul Hackers 2.

    The April 25 Daily Demon video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance introduced Kaya-no-Hime is the goddess of grass in Japanese mythology. Each Daily Demon video highlights a demon and provides a general overview of its lore and abilities.

    Last seen in Soul Hackers 2, Gremlin is a mischievous fairy that possess machines and items to make them act in bizarre ways in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. Although they tend to cause trouble, Gremlins do help humans from time to time. It’s believed that Benjamin Franklin actually derived electricity from lightning with help from a Gremlin. Moreover, the demon retains its signature design from Soul Hackers 2

    Fans in Japan may look forward to ATLUS Fest, which will be held from June 8 to June 9 in Akihabara to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the company. The event will feature demos for both Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Metaphor: ReFantazio. Alongside the demos, attendees can expect merchandise sales, stage events, and exhibitions

    ATLUS recently confirmed that Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is Steam Deck verified. This means that the game is fully functional using the Steam Deck’s default configuration and graphics settings, and the text is legible on Steam Deck with proper icons. 

    Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on June 14 worldwide. The game is available to pre-order now digitally in the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Steam for $59.99. In addition, physical pre-orders are available now at participating retailers.
