EA Sports UFC 6 Early Access Feedback Detailed

EA Sports UFC 6 Early Access Feedback Detailed

EA has detailed some of the feedback that it received from the EA Sports UFC 6 early access period, and how it intends to adjust them for players. The game is available today on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

EA intends to make adjustments to the following areas:

Flow State Visuals
Based on what we’ve heard from the community, we’re working on updates that will give players more control over their Flow State visual experience while maintaining the critical gameplay information it provides. We’re working on a new setting that will allow players to turn off the visual and audio presentation associated with Flow State across both online and offline gameplay. While these presentation elements can be turned off, the underlying gameplay mechanics and Flow State’s functionality will remain unchanged.
Online Stability

We’ve seen reports of crashes, matchmaking issues, and other online issues during Early Access. Delivering a stable and reliable online experience remains a top priority for the team.

Since the Early Access launch, we’ve released three updates focused on improving stability, reducing crashes, and addressing matchmaking issues across the game.  We’re continuing to actively monitor player reports and gameplay data, with several additional stability-focused updates planned for the coming month.

Gameplay Balance

As more players spend time with UFC 6 and engage with its deeper gameplay systems, we’re beginning to see competitive trends emerge across the community. This is a normal part of launch for any competitive game, as players explore mechanics and identify highly effective strategies.

We’re actively monitoring gameplay data, community feedback, and reported exploits to identify areas where gameplay balance adjustments may be needed. Our goal is to support a competitive environment that rewards skill, strategy, and a variety of playstyles.

We’re prioritizing issues that directly impact competitive gameplay. Here are some of the areas we’re investigating and continuing to focus on:

    • Stamina functionality (Stand-Up and Ground)
    • Takedown bails
    • Striking momentum and animations for specific moves
    • Specific striking combinations
    • Specific hit reactions
Fighter Likenesses

We’ve also seen feedback on how certain fighters look in-game, including their likenesses and overall appearances. The team is reviewing examples the community has shared through social posts, community threads on Reddit and Discord, and the EA forums to better understand where updates may make sense.

Some feedback may point to technical issues, while other areas need more time and a closer look. We’ll continue to prioritize feedback and updates that improve those fighters’ in-game representation in future patches. As always, stay tuned to the EA SPORTS UFC social channels for more details.

Roster Updates

We’re excited to keep building and evolving the UFC 6 roster with each update. While some fighters from previous EA SPORTS UFC titles are not part of the current roster, roster composition evolves from game to game as we continue to represent the changing landscape of the sport.

We know how much some of those names mean to the community, and we appreciate the passion players bring to roster discussions. Our focus remains on expanding UFC 6 with new fighter additions every month.

Final Weapoon reviewed EA Sports UFC 6, giving it a 4/5. We described it as “a great sports-fighting game that brings a slew of single-player content that new and returning UFC fans will enjoy. With well over 100 playable fighters on the base roster, there’s a legend or current-day superstar to test out with the improved gameplay mechanics and new features, including the all-new and intuitive Flow State. The game’s assist and difficulty options also give you control and ease you into what’s new in EA Sports UFC 6.”

Lastly, here’s an overview of the game, via Steam:

High and vibin’ with denpa songs, we’ll corrupt the entire Internet! Hehe. all we need is a bit of otaku love, that’s all.

This is a rhythm-adventure game where you play as a hikikomori (shut-in) girl who’s high on denpa songs. Become Yunyun-brained and lose all self-control to anonymously post on social media and destroy the world with your Yunyun brain rot.
Have a Doki-Doki experience with over 30 denpa songs and multiple endings.

      • Q. Why did she become a hikikomori?
      • Q. How does anonymous online posting lead to world destruction?
      • Q. Does a happy ending exist for a degenerate otaku?

The answers to those “Q” s lie at the convergence of insanity and denpa psychosis.
Now, put those headphones on and become ill with Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis.

Groove to the DENPA!

Anonymously post online and infect the whole world with Yunyun-brain!

Get high on denpa songs and sink in the depths of social media!! Browse social media at the start of the song to check up on your Yunyun cult and haters. And then prepare for the climax where you can start dropping posts left and right. Successfully posting will cause other social media users to become psychotically Yunyun-ified. Social media is all about sharing – spread your heartful psychosis to everyone else!

Characters!
      • Qtie – The main character. A hikikomori. She suffered too much irl that she’s become a little (very) fuzzy in the head. Her obsessive love for the fictional character “Yunyun” is for sure an illness. Her overly “high” state from overdosing denpa songs causes her to propagate Yunyun love. Will there really be a happy end for such a degenerate otaku?
      • Yunyun – A fictional character that loves Qtie. A very much angelic devil. She will speak to Qtie through the monitor screen. Whilst the truth is unknown, most likely, she is just a figment of Qtie’s imagination. It’s joever for her.
About Denpa Songs!

Q. What is a “denpa” song?
It is a genre of music that is intentionally strange and catchy. All playable songs in this game are denpa songs.
Many popular denpa songs such as “it’s a cherry kissing explosion” (Sakuranbo Kiss) and many more are featured!

Listen up!

Do you like cute anime girls? Do you like strange and catchy denpa songs? Do you wish for the death of this ♡♡♡♡ed up world? Great! Add “Yunyun Syndrome!? Rhythm Psychosis” to your WishList and stay updated for release information and updates!
