Digital Extremes announced that its “Jade Shadows: Constellations” content update for Warframe will launch on June 17. The update will mark the debut of the Sirius and Orion 2-in-1 Warframe, new Protoframes, Styanax Prime, new Incarnon weapons, and much more.
Sirius and Orion share a passive ability with star constellation motes tied to each Warframe’s main abilities, and players can switch between the two at will. As Sirius, players can throw a scythe like a boomerang, which is capable of picking up orbs and ammo, sending exploring unstable mini stars, or drawing an expanding zone of healing and damage reduction for allies. Meanwhile, Orion can unleash a massive horizontal slash that reduces enemy defenses envelop itself in an astral shell that deploys a decoy when damage is taken, or summon a supermassive black hole to pull enemies in. Timing switches between the two increases their damage.
Completing the Jade Shadows: Constellations story quest unlocks the latest Railjack spaceship missions in Uranus Proxima. Players can side with one of two new Protoframes, Ryoku (Ash) or Vena (Garuda). Borrow one of their custom Railjack ships from an alternate future in order to take down the rival Railjack. The newest scythe melee weapon can also be earned, named Pride or Wrath depending on what timeline it came from. In addition, the update will introduce Incarnon weapons for Destreza, Obex, Stug, Ballistica, and Vectis.
Styanax Prime Access will be available alongside the Afentis Prime speargun and Athodai Prime pistol. Players can also get new Prime cosmetic accessories like the Lanex Prime Syandana and Daurus Prime armor attachments. There will be new weapon and ship cosmetics to obtain in Jade Shadows: Constellations based on the futures of the two Protoframe mentors, and Ryoku and Vena’s Protoframe hairstyles will also be available for the Operator/Drifter. The new Mesa Heirloom will follow up on July 11 during TennoCon 2026.
