TYPE-MOON and Aniplex have revealed a new collaboration key visual for the Witch on the Holy Night and Puella Magi Madoka Magica -Walpurgisnacht: Rising- films by animation studios ufotable and SHAFT. A new promotional video for the Witch on the Holy Night and Puella Magi Madoka Magica -Walpurgisnacht: Rising- collaboration was also revealed, and B5-size posters featuring the visual will be distributed at select theater locations in Japan.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica -Walpurgisnacht: Rising- previously opened in theaters on August 28 with IMAX screenings in Japan. The film is heading to theaters in the U.S. with subtitled and English dubbed formats on January 16 through 19, 2027.
As previously announced, Witch on the Holy Night opens in theaters on November 20 in Japan. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will screen the film in theaters worldwide in January and February 2027.

The Witch on the Holy Night visual novel released on December 8, 2022 for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, followed by the Steam version on December 14, 2023. The Android and iOS versions will release on November 20 in Japan, and Crunchyroll Game Vault will add the game to its service in 2027.
