Niantic has announced that Pokémon GO Wild Area 2026 will take place from November 6 to November 8 in Sendai, Japan, and Mexico City, Mexico. Those unable to attend the event in person can take part in Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global from November 14 to November 15.
Tickets for both the in-person experiences and global in-game event will be available next Season, along with more details about what players can expect from this year’s event. Currently, Pokémon GO is celebrating its 10th anniversary. As part of the celebrations, it recently held an in-person event at Times Square. Further, in a press release, Niantic outlined the game’s biggest achievements:

The Pokémon Company also revealed new in-game avatar items themed around the MLB available now in Pokémon GO. Said items will only be available for a limited time. Players can visit the Pokémon GO Web Store and enter the offer code MLBxPOKEMONGO2026 to unlock an MLB-branded item for their in-game avatar. Timed research, raid battles, and physical merch will also be available at some of the following games:
