    SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio released new information about substories in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. Kazuma Kiryu may take on numerous requests while working as an agent for the Daidoji Faction. 

    The latest issue of Famitsu confirms that Masaharu Kaito from Judgment and Lost Judgment returns in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. Kaito was seen talking to Kiryu in a new screenshot, and the latest information provides more context between his interaction with the Dragon of Dojima.

    While progressing through story chapters in Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, Kiryu may accept jobs from Akame, including substories. Substories offer a wealth of side content and surprise encounters. Specifically, Kiryu may run into familiar faces and characters from previous RGG Studio titles. Kaito appears to be one of those characters who seemingly recognizes Kiryu right away.

    Through certain circumstances, Kazuma Kiryu ends up offering his services to the jack-of-all-trades Akame. Akame has a multitude of interesting and varied jobs that she’ll assign to Kiryu, allowing players to enjoy unique adventures outside of the main story.
