My Hero Academia Movie 4 was officially announced in the combined #36-37 2023 issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump issue. The movie was announced alongside the release of manga chapter 396.
The My Hero Academia series is still going strong as creator Kōhei Horikoshi continues to write the manga’s final story arc. A seventh season of the My Hero Academia is also on the way, and a fourth movie is currently in production.
My Hero Academia Confirms Movie 4
The latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump confirms that My Hero Academia Movie 4 is in production. This new movie will feature an original story and follow the timeline of the anime series. My Hero Academia Movie 4 will be produced by Bones and animated by TOHO Animation. However, further details about a release date or the movie’s plot were not revealed.
Weekly Shonen Jump’s latest issue also includes the latest chapter of the ongoing My Hero Academia manga. My Hero Academia chapter 396 will be available to readers around the world on August 6 through VIZ Media and Manga Plus. The manga is being released simultaneously worldwide, and chapter 395 is currently available now for free.
Fans may also look forward to My Hero Ultra Rumble, a new battle royale game starring iconic characters from the My Hero Academia series. The new title will launch this fall for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
