HoYoverse announced the Genshin Impact Version 3.6 Special Program airs on March 31 with the latest news and announcements regarding the impending update. Viewers can also expect a release date announcement for Genshin Impact version 3.6 and free rewards for tuning in.
The Genshin Impact Version 3.6 Special Program will reveal new details about playable characters Baizhu and Kaveh, new events, and much more. Additionally, the version 3.6 launch date will finally be revealed during the special program. Fans may earn rewards by redeeming promo codes that appear throughout the special program. Rewards obtained from successfully redeeming promo codes include Primogems, Hero’s Wit, and Mora.
The special program will be held on the official Genshin Impact Twitch and YouTube channels. Genshin Impact Version 3.6 Special Program premieres first on March 31 at 8:00 a.m. (UTC-4) on Twitch. The YouTube broadcast premieres one hour later at 9:00 a.m. (UTC-4).
Genshin Impact version 3.5 (the prior update) featured playable characters Dehya and Mika, the Windblume Festival, and several new quests. Players still have time to complete remaining events during phase II of version 3.5. The version 3.6 update is expected to release in mid April 2023.
Genshin Impact is available now for Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Epic Games Store and Windows. HoYoverse is currently developing a Nintendo Switch version of Genshin Impact. Lastly, a release date for the Switch version was not announced.
