Happinet has announced that the Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days anime will air in October 2025. It has also revealed new members of the cast and staff.
The cast for the Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days anime includes Kōhei Amasaki as Tsuyoshi Yano and Yuka Nukui as Kiyoko Yoshida. Shinpei Matsuo will direct the series at Ajiado, Deko Akao will write the scripts, Toshihisa Kaiya as the character designer, and Hideakira Kimura as composer. Yui Tamura initially released the manga in June 2021 via Kodansha’s Comic Days. The most recent volume released on Wednesday, March 12. The comedy manga focuses on Tsuyoshi Yano, the perennially unlucky high school boy, and Kiyoko Yoshida, a classmate that constantly worries about him. After seeing Yano come into school injured, Yoshida begins following him out of concern. She observes his day-to-day unlucky life and resolves to support him.
It is likely that Happinet will reveal more details about the series during AnimeJapan 2025. During the event, there will be new details revealed about several different anime. One of them includes the upcoming anime adaptation of Umikaze Minamino’s Kunon the Sorcerer Can See Through light novel series. The cast of the Kunon the Sorcerer anime includes Saori Hayami as Kunon Gurion and Maaya Uchida as Iko. The event will also feature news pertaining to A Gatherer’s Adventure in Isekai.
Lastly, the anime adaptation for the Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days manga will release in October 2025. The release date and distributor for the series is currently unknown.
