Ryu’s Office released an exciting new trailer for the upcoming INDIE Live Expo 2024 showcase, teasing upcoming announcements and world premieres. As previously announced, the showcase will take place on Saturday, May 25 with more than 100 games, including content updates for existing titles.
The INDIE Live Expo 2024 showcase will feature several announced games, including Stromatosoft’s romantic JRPG dungeon-crawler Witch and Lilies, Preferred Networks’ open-world crafting survival adventure game Omega Crafter, Why So Serious’ puzzle-filled adventure game Boyhood’s End, Hanabushi and hako life’s action platformer PIGGY ONE SUPER SPARK, and ACQUIRE’s roguelike deckbuilder C.A.R.D.S. RPG: The Misty Battlefield. Fans can expect updates on these titles alongside the aforementioned exclusive world premieres.

Alongside the aforementioned titles, fans can expect updates on Suda51 and Swery65’s Hotel Barcelona, Team LadyBug’s Blade Chimera, and Studio Lalala’s Kemono Teatime. The INDIE Live Expo 2024 teaser trailer should excite fans for what’s to come in just a few day’s time.
Moreover, INDIE Live Expo goes to Southeast Asia in this year’s “Indie Studios Around the World” segment to see what the Malaysian indie game scene is about. Kaori “Kaotan” Horiuchi, (AKIHABARA Backstage Pass), veteran Japanese indie game YouTuber and presenter J-mon, and bilingual gaming influencer HighTensionGaijin will be the hosts.

While waiting for the showcase, fans may now join the INDIE Live Expo Official Discord Channel. The server is a gathering place for developers and indie game fans alike. Fans may also lend their voices and aid in the creation and improvement of upcoming indie games.
The May showcase will be the tenth ever INDIE Live Expo event, following December’s INDIE Live Expo 2023 Winter event. The Winter showcase accumulated 10.7 million views, bringing INDIE Live Expo near 100 million views across all 10 events.
Like last year’s INDIE Live Expo event, the INDIE Live Expo 2024 showcase will be broadcasted in English, Japanese, and Chinese on YouTube, X (Twitter), and Twitch.
