The INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023 showcase revealed information on several exciting indie games from Japan and around the world, including TSURUGIHIME and Fight Crab 2. The INDIE Live Expo 2023 award winners were revealed as well.
INDIE Live Expo accumulated over 88 million views ever since its debut in 2020. 2023 is a very notable year for INDIE Live Expo due to its various events across the year, including its first-ever Summer Spotlight. The Day 1 showcase recently highlighted many of the games that were featured in the Summer Spotlight alongside brand-new titles.
Game Announcements From INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023
The INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023 Day 1 showcase featured open-world crafting survival game Omega Crafter, which receives an open beta on PC via Steam. The new co-op survival action RPG Enshrouded was also highlighted with a brand-new trailer before its January 24, 2024 release.
What’s more, PLAYISM shared multiple updates on its upcoming games at INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023. Firstly, PLAYISM confirms that Calappa Games’ Fight Crab 2 will launch on February 13, 2024 for PC via Steam. Bombservice’s Momodora: Moonlit Farewell, the sequel to the successful Metroidvania game Momodora: Reverie Under The Moonlight, releases one month prior on January 11, 2024.
Japanese indie studio Stromatosoft Inc also revealed a new trailer for Witch and Lilies, a new RPG with romance and dungeon crawling elements for PC via Steam. Further, WSS playground (Needy Streamer Overload) revealed that Boyhood’s End is coming to Steam in spring 2024. TSURUGIHIME was also highlighted as an exciting new action RPG by Fahrenheit 213.
