As part of Chapter 6 Season 3 of Fortnite, Epic Games has announced that both Superman and Robin (Tim Drake) are available in the new battle pass. The season is now live.
The new season, simply titled Fortnite Super, features a superhero theme. There are several original characters available in the new pass alongside the aforementioned DC heroes. Robin is available in the battle pass’ first tier. Further, while Superman and his accessories won’t arrive until July 11, players can unlock the character early by purchasing the battle bundle, which costs 2,800 V-Bucks (or $22.99).

The new season of Fortnite commemorates the upcoming release of the new Superman film, releasing on July 11. James Gunn directs the film at DC Studios/Warner Bros. Additionally, it stars David Corenswet as Clark Kent/Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, and Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen. It also stars Nathon Fillion as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern, Anthony Carrigan as Rex Mason/Metamorpho, Isabela Merced as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl, Edi Gathegi as Michael Holt/Mr. Terrific, and Mikaela Hoover as Cat Grant.
Recently, the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Fortnite released alongside the system. It runs at 60 FPS in docked mode at a 2176×1224 resolution and in undocked mode at 900p on Nintendo Switch 2. There are higher-quality textures, shadows, water rendering, clothing physics, and more. It also includes the Replay system and the ability to capture video clips with the Capture button. Further, there is GameChat support and mouse controls, which will be supported started June 7 with patch 36.00.
