Sony Interactive Entertainment and Polyphony Digital announced Gran Turismo 7 update 1.44 will release on March 28 with new cars, races, and events to look forward to. In addition, a collaboration with upcoming anime series HIGHSPEED Étoile will be held for a limited time.
Polyphony Digital continues its support for Gran Turismo 7 in 2024, well after the major Spec II update. Each new update for Gran Turismo 7 introduces new features, racing events, and cars that fans can collect in their ever-growing garage. Occasionally, Gran Turismo 7 will collaborate with other brands, including the Gran Turismo movie.
Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.44 Arrives on March 28
Gran Turismo 7 update 1.44 introduces three new cars, a new Jaguar-themed Extra Menu, new World Circuit events, and a new Fukushima Curation in Scapes. Moreover, the Gran Turismo 7 update introduces a limited-time HIGHSPEED Étoile collaboration this April. This collaboration brings 26 stickers featuring characters and designs from the anime series.

- Three new cars, including a Toyota endurance race car that lit up Le Mans, will join the stable.

- For a limited time, 26 stickers including 8 title logos and 18 characters based on the upcoming Japanese anime series “HIGHSPEED Étoile” will be featured in the preset decals of the Livery Editor. The availability for these decals will be announced at a later date.
