After four years of anticipation, Mortal Kombat 1 will finally release in just over a week. The next entry in the franchise will feature several returning characters from throughout the series’ history and new mechanics, such as the Kameos. The last bit of news for the game is set to be revealed in the final Kombat Kast this week. Here’s everything you need to know about where and when to watch the last Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Kast.
Where and When to Watch the Last Kombat Kast
The final Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Kast will begin on Wednesday, September 13. It will be set for the following times:
- 10 AM PDT
- 12 PM CDT
- 1 PM EDT

In the past, NetherRealm Studios has used the Kombat Kasts to reveal more information on the playable characters for Mortal Kombat 1. However, at the time of writing, NRS has not yet confirmed which characters will be focused on during the event. That said, there are a few theories as to what the final Kombat Kast will have in store for fans.
What Will Be Shown?
The final Kombat Kast will likely focus on Nitara, as she is the character most recently revealed for the upcoming release. We may also get more information on Tanya, Mileena, and Shang Tsung, as they are the only characters that have not yet been showcased in any way. NRS also revealed a new launch trailer revealing that the MK4 character Reiko will be returning in MK1. As a result, there is a high possibility that the Kombat Kast will focus on the last confirmed member of the roster.
All will be revealed on September 13, so check NRS’ YouTube and Twitch channels when the event goes live. Lastly, Mortal Kombat 1 will release on September 19, 2023. The game will be available on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
