    Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana Scale Figures Announced

    The official Falcom figure collection by Kotobukiya grows.

    Kotobukiya and Nihon Falcom announced officially licensed Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana scale figures of protagonists Adol Christin and Dana Iclucia are in development. The announcement comes nearly a year after the game’s release on PlayStation 5 from publisher NIS America.

    In Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, a voyage through the sea goes horribly wrong for Adol Christin and the ship’s passengers. A mysterious monster destroys the ship, and Adol becomes stranded on the Isle of Seiren. While on the island, Adol meets other castaways such as Laxia and Sahad, and the character decide to look into the island’s mysteries while attempting to escape. Soon, fans will be able to own figures of Adol and the mysterious girl he dreams about, Dana. 

    Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana Scale Figures in Development

    Kotobukiya’s official X Twitter account posted a new graphic, revealing that Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana scale figures of protagonists Adol Christin and Dana Iclucia are in the works. Kotobukiya did not reveal a release date or an official store page just yet. However, fans can expect more details soon alongside the upcoming The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero and Trails to Azure Tio Plato scale figure.

    Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is available now for Nintendo Switch, PS Vita, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. The PlayStation 5 version supports 4K resolution with 60 fps and 120 frames-per-second support at 1080p. In addition, a co-op mode is available in the Steam version.

    Finally, Ys X: Nordics launches on September 28 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 with Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean language options. The Chinese and Korean versions are published by Clouded Leopard Entertainment. A worldwide release has not been announced, however.
