EVO 2024 dates have been moved up from the original July 26 to 28 schedule to July 19 to 21. The venue has been adjusted for next year’s show, and an extra convention day has been added.
EVO 2023 is one of the most successful fighting game events of all time with a new attendance record exceeding 20,000 attendees. Founders Tom and Tony Cannon were given the keys to Las Vegas, and EVO Day is now officially recognized for August 6 in Nevada. Despite the new recognized day being in August, EVO will be shifting to a July schedule starting with EVO 2024.
EVO 2024 Dates Changed
According to its official X (Twitter account), EVO 2024 will now take place from July 19 to 21 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. An extra convention activity day has been added for a total of three days. A new location has been added as well, and more details will be revealed in January 2024.

Previously, Thiher revealed that EVO Japan will return on April 27 to 29, 2024 in Tokyo. The event will be held in the Ariake GYM-EX, the site of Tokyo 2020 Olympics. EVO Japan 2024 is sponsored by Rohto, so attendees can expect Rohto Z Man to return as well. Additionally, Thiher teased that another EVO event will be held in another location, but further details were not revealed.
