ATLUS have announced Persona 3 Reload, a full remake of the original Persona 3 title built with Unreal Engine. The Persona 3 remake is coming to consoles and PC with day one access for Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
Iconic Persona 3 characters including the protagonist, Yukari, Junpei, and Aegis were shown in the reveal trailer at Xbox Games Showcase 2023. Persona 3 fans can expect all-new HD graphics, stylized menus, new “side episodes,” quality of life improvements, and much more in the remake. Moreover, the remake is targeting an early 2024 release date, and the official website is now live. The official website, previously reported as the P3RE.JP domain, includes character portraits of the protagonist, Yukari Takeba, and Junpei Iori with more coming soon.
In a press release sent to Final Weapon, ATLUS revealed the new voice cast of Persona 3 Reload:

Further, an IGN interview with producer Ryota Niitsuma and chief director Kazuhisa Wada confirms Persona 3 Reload focuses on content from the original Persona 3 release. This means that “The Answer” content from Persona 3 FES and Persona 3 Portable’s female protagonist and additional content is not included in the remake.

Fans may also look forward to Persona 5 Tactica, a new strategy RPG featuring the Phantom Thieves and original characters. Persona 5 Tactica players will face a new threat in the Metaverse while adapting to a new twist in combat. Instead of the standard Persona turn-based combat system, the new title allows players to control the Phantom Thieves and their allies in a strategy RPG.
Persona 3 Reload launches in early 2024 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Steam versions are expected to release alongside these versions.
