    Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris ‘Blooming of Matricaria’ DLC Now Available for Switch

    The second major expansion finally comes to Switch.

    Bandai Namco announced the Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris “Blooming of Matricaria” DLC is available now for Nintendo Switch worldwide. The Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris DLC launches just one day after the major 3.0.1 update for the Nintendo Switch version. 

    Blooming of Matricaria is the second and final paid DLC for Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris. In Blooming of Matricaria, Kirito and friends must battle against the Four Lords attacking Central Cathedral and spreading chaos in the Underworld. The new DLC includes a new storyline, new maps, new dungeons, new divine beasts, and new weapons. 

    Players must first complete the main story of Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris to access the story of Blooming of Matricaria. Additionally, Nintendo Switch players must first update to Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris version 3.0.1 in order to access the new DLC. The version 3.0.1 includes multiple bug fixes, additional story content, an increased level cap, a new skill tree, and much more.
