Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX – “Adventure Awaits” and “Secret of Makuhita Dojo” trailers

Nintendo has uploaded two new trailers for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX! This game is a remake of the original Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, made from the ground up for Switch. Here’s an overview of the game:

What if you woke up one day, and you were a Pokémon? You can meet and recruit Pokémon in a dungeon-crawling adventure within their world! Build a rescue team to take on mysterious, changing dungeons and strategically plan your moves as you venture forth to make the Pokémon world a safer place…and uncover your true purpose along the way.

As you recruit Pokémon, these trusty teammates will need somewhere to stay, so build rescue team camps to house, manage, and strengthen your Pokémon friends. Think hard about who is right for the job and how to approach each mysterious dungeon as you prepare a rescue team. You’ll move a single square at a time or use Auto mode to speed up movement until you engage other Pokémon in turn-based battles—but don’t forget about Pokémon strengths, weaknesses and potential rare qualities! This version adds Mega Evolved Pokémon, gorgeous watercolor-inspired graphics, and more! Get comfortable in your Pokémon form, there’s a lot of work to do.

Intel Xe GPU specs have surfaced, includes HBM2e and PCIe Gen 4 support

Digital Trends has gained internal Intel docs which go further into detail about Intel’s upcoming Xe GPU! Keep in mind that these docs are from early 2019 and Intel may have changed aspects of the GPU by now. Intel seems to be bringing out their best effort in the GPU market with the Xe series of cards.

Intel’s Xe GPU uses a new iteration of HBM2, HBM2e. In addition, the GPU will be using the MCM (multi-chip module) approach. This approach is very similar to that used in current AMD Radeon GPUs with the Zen architecture. The Xe GPU will use PCIe Gen 4 which is quickly becoming the new standard for GPUs, replacing PCIe Gen 3.

intel xe graphics gpu reveals tdp tile architecture exclusive ats general description

Things get really weird once TDP (thermal design power) is brought up. Apparently, one of the Xe GPU may have a TDP ranging from 400 to 500 watts, which is massive for a GPU. This 400/500 W variant is mostly likely for the server space as the 75/150 W and 300 W cards sound more reasonable for consumers. To compare, AMD’s RX 5600 XT uses around 160 TDP. More information is available in the slide below:

March is the time where upcoming GPUs are set to be revealed by AMD and Nvidia. If Intel is competing with these two in the GPU market, we might get more official news sooner rather than later. Stay tuned at Final Weapon for the latest gaming news and updates!
