Game Outlet Europe and 8BitDo have opened pre-orders for its new and advanced 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller, which is officially licensed for XBOX and compatible with XBOX One, XBOX Series X|S, Android, iOS, and PC. The 8BitDo Ultimate 3E Controller will be available on October 23 across Europe and the UK for €139.99 / £119.99, and the controller is available now in the U.S. for $149.99 at 8bitdo.com.
The Ultimate 3E is 8BitDo’s most advanced controller to date with precision, durability, and customization in mind. Each Ultimate 3E features Hall-Effect impulse triggers with two-stage physical trigger stops, cutting-edge TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) thumbsticks, and new hot swappable ABXY Module, D-pad and three thumbstick combinations. In addition, the controller features two remappable rear paddles and dedicated top shoulder buttons (L4/R4) for low-latency inputs.
The controller is compatible with XBOX Series X|S and XBOX One consoles via 2.4GHz low-latency wireless and wired connectivity. 2.4GHz wireless and wired is also supported for Windows 10/11, and the controller also supports Bluetooth connectivity for iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices. When connected on PC, the controller features up to a 1000Hz polling rate and 6-axis gyro motion control as well.
A built-in 3.5mm audio jack also ensures headset compatibility with dedicated on-controller volume and mic muting controls. The controller also includes an integrated wireless charging dock with an embedded 2.4G receiver chamber to keep the controller charged and connected when needed.
