Sucker Punch has revealed new trailers for Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition, which focuses on the new “Most Wanted” and “Echoes of Sekigahara” additions. The former will feature the return of Jin Sakai from Ghost of Tsushima.
Most Wanted is a combat survival mode that is designed to gauge your strength and test your resilience. Players will need to fight off waves of enemies and take on challenging new boss encounters, which unlock all sorts of new incentives await. Everything from new weapons, cosmetics, and new playable characters can be earned. The playable hunters include Atsu, Oyuki, Nagato, and Jin. Check out the trailer for Most Wanted below:
Echoes of Sekigahara delves into Atsu’s past, along with her experiences during the Battle of Sekigahara. Players will be able to explore a whole new area of Ezo, complete with new enemies and more. A new fighting style and weapon type will be available to master, alongside new armor types, and new cosmetics. Check out the trailer showcasing the Echoes of Sekigahara expansion below:
Ghost of Yōtei is available now on PlayStation 5. These new features will release alongside the Complete Edition on October 1. Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition will cost $69.99 and include the aforementioned new additions, as well as the previously released Legends mode. Those who own the base version can upgrade to the Complete Edition for $14.99 on October 1. Furthermore, a free update will also release alongside the new edition of Ghost of Yōtei, that features the screensaver-inspired Beauty of Yōtei mode and other quality-of-life updates.
