Metal Gear Solid Reveals ‘The Snakes Saga’ Trailer

Konami has released a trailer showcasing “The Snakes Saga” of Metal Gear Solid. It features Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, as well as both Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, which will be highlighted in Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2. 

The trailer showcases the journey of Big Boss, and how his character evolved from Snake Eater to Peace Walker, and teasing where he will end up in Guns of the Patriots. Check out the trailer for “The Snakes Saga” of Metal Gear Solid below:

Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1 is also available for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Currently, the future of the franchise beyond these games is still unknown. However, a recent article from The Hollywood Reporter revealed that a Metal Gear Solid film adaptation is in development at Sony’s Columbia Pictures studio.

On August 27, Konami will release the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, which will launch on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Specifically, it will combine Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD Edition, and Metal Gear: Ghost Babel together into one package for players to experience.

Currently, the future of the franchise beyond these games is still unknown. However, a recent article from The Hollywood Reporter revealed that a Metal Gear Solid film adaptation is in development at Sony’s Columbia Pictures studio. Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, the directors of Final Destination: Bloodlines, will direct the upcoming film.
