Gaming Factory has released JDM: Japanese Drift Master update 1.6.0 featuring the Honda NSX NA1 (1992), a new event, a physics overhaul, and much more. The game is also 25% off until August 11.
Alongside the classic 1992 Honda NSX, JDM: Japanese Drift Master update 1.6.0 adds a new multi-level garage in the Guntama Port area and the new Underground Side Mission, which lets players climb to the top floor and back down to street level in a drift challenge. The update introduces a ground-up rework of the in-game physics to greatly improve driving across all input devices and driving models. A steering wheel overhaul was also implemented to rework force feedback and give players more settings to tinker with.
The traffic AI has been improved to make driving on the road more realistic, and opponent AI are now smarter on the track as well. Opponents will now look for the best possible route while accounting for other cars. The update also brought numerous bug fixes and quality of life improvements to make the game more responsive and immersive for players.
JDM: Japanese Drift Master features fan-favorite cars from Honda, Mazda, Subaru, and Nissan. Each car can be upgraded mechanically and visually. Fans can expect additional presets for driving wheels and sim-driving hardware. The game also features a day and night cycle, along with dynamic weather. JDM: Japanese Drift Master will receive three phases’ worth of additional features and content.
Lastly, JDM: Japanese Drift Master is available for PC via Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store.
