Square Enix has revealed the Final Fantasy Tactics Best Selection Vinyl Soundtrack featuring 15 songs from the original game. The Final Fantasy Tactics Best Selection Vinyl Soundtrack will be released on October 1 for ¥4,620 in Japan, and pre-orders are available in the Japanese Square Enix e-Store.
The 15-track vinyl record includes a jacket with artwork by Final Fantasy Tactics illustrator Akihiko Yoshida. Moreover, the vinyl comes with a MP3 album for the Final Fantasy Tactics Original Soundtrack featuring 102 songs in total. The MP3 album includes 31 tracks that didn’t appear in the original game.

Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles launches on September 30 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. As previously announced, the Nintendo Switch 2 upgrade pack for Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles will be free of charge to Nintendo Switch owners of the game. Moreover, it’s worth noting that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles features a code-in-box, instead of a game-key card.
Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles is a remastered version of the original 1997 PlayStation RPG with fully voiced dialogue, an optimized and updated UI, graphical improvements, and a number of other quality of life features, and an an easy “Squire” difficulty setting.
