Tsuyokute New Saga Anime is Getting an English Dub on Crunchyroll

Crunchyroll announced the Tsuyokute New Saga anime, also known as simply New Saga, will receive an English dub on July 16. The English dub cast and crew for New Saga episode 1 was also revealed.

Tsuyokute New Saga first premiered on July 2 on the ABC channel in Japan, and Crunchyroll is already streaming the anime as it airs in Japan. 4s4ki performs the opening theme song “Enji (actor),” and Mahiru Coda will perform the ending theme song “Her.”

Naoki Mizusawa is directing the anime at Sotsu x Studio Clutch with animation production cooperation by STUDIO MASSKET. Kenta Ihara is handling the series scripts, and Naoki Horiuchi is in charge of the series production. Atsushi Asahi is handling the character designs, while Shachō (SOIL&” PIMP” SESSIONS) and Hironori Anazawa (Birdie Wing -Golf Girls’ Story-Scarlet Nexus) are composing the music.

Masayuki Abe first released Tsuyokute New Saga on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2012, then later moved to AlphaPolis to continue the story in 2013. Jun Miura released a manga adaptation in AlphaPolis in February 2014. The manga ended in July 2023.
