room6 has announced Short Short Fictions, a Japanese indie games “mixtape” by developer Mitsuyu Suisan. Launching in 2026 for PC (Steam), Short Short Fictions connects three short games into one single story with an additional short secret game.

An omnibus adventure of 10,000 years within 30 minutes
The mixtape includes the complete port of the games “DON’T SAY YES” and “TO:NORTH”, both which achieved virality within Japanese social media. Joining these two games is the newly written secret short game “IMMEMORIAL”. The parts that connect all three games can also be played as a new point-and-click adventure.
Players can expect all three titles to be painful, toilful yet beautiful experiences that can be completed within 30 minutes. The core theme shared amongst all the games is the feeling of not being able to do something.
The story takes place on a magical beach where weather and time changes as the game progresses. Listen to the sound of rain and waves while playing the in-game console “New Wave” giving the immersive feeling of playing on retro hardware.
