Late last week, Nintendo revealed a first look at a new remix of ‘Don’t worry’, the theme that plays in Xenoblade Chronicles X when you take flight in your Skell. This new remix is titled ‘Don’t worry [2XDv]’ and is composed by Hiroyuki Sawano.
Hiroyuki Sawano served as the original composer for Xenoblade Chronicles X, composing 55 tracks for the Wii U game. While it was not confirmed at first, Nintendo and Monolith Soft revealed that the beloved composer will be returning to compose new tracks for Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition. He will be joined by Misaki Umase for these new tracks.

Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition will at last bring the entire Xenoblade Chronicles series to Nintendo Switch. The game was easily one of the most requested Wii U ports since 2017, and Monolith Soft has finally brought the game over with plenty of enhancements. This version of the game is set to include numerous updates and new features, including a completely overhauled UI and an on-screen Overdrive guide in combat.
Additionally, various new story elements are set to be intertwined into the main story, with Monolith Soft looking to resolve many of the mysteries left for players to ponder on in the original game. There will not be an external menu to access this content, so we can expect all of it to be interwoven into the main story.
Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition is set to arrive exclusively for the Nintendo Switch family of systems on March 20, 2025.
