    Bandai Namco Reschedules Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO Battle Hour Finals for March 15-16

    Bandai Namco announced they are rescheduling the Dragon Ball FighterZ and Dragon Ball: Sparking ZERO – Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour Finals for March 15-16. After the cancellation of Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2025, Bandai wants to deliver the finals as soon as possible.

    The Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals will no longer have Last Chance Qualifiers. Instead, it will continue with the top 15 global leaderboard players and the EVO 2024 winner.

    Additionally, Bandai Namco confirms the Dragon Ball: Sparking ZERO – The Dramatic Showdown Finals will not host the 7 tournaments that were planned at the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour. The 9 players who qualified in the online tournaments will get their own Finals tree performed by Bandai.

    The Dragon Ball FighterZ Finals will be streamed on the game’s official Twitch channel, whereas the Sparking! ZERO Finals will be streamed on YouTube by Bandai Namco America.

    Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO is available now, allowing fans to relive iconic moments from Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball SuperDragon Ball Sparking! ZERO DLC 1 and DLC 2 released in Q1 2025 with playable characters from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and Dragon Ball Daima, respectively. DLC 3 will be released in Q2 2025 with more playable characters from Dragon Ball Daima. 

    The ongoing Dragon Ball Daima series is the last major anime work that Toriyama was involved in before his passing. Goku, Vegeta, Supreme Kai, and the rest of the crew are turned into children, prompting them to embark on a new adventure in the Demon Realm. New episodes release on Fridays on Crunchyroll and Netflix with English subs, and English dubs would follow in staggered releases.
