Kotobukiya unveiled two new scale figures of Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima from the Yakuza / Like a Dragon franchise.
Firstly, the paint master for Kotobukiya’s Kazuma Kiryu scale figure was shown at Kotobukiya Collection 2025. A prototype version of the new Goro Majima scale figure was revealed as well. Release dates and pricing for the new Like a Dragon scale figures were not revealed yet, however.

Goro Majima is back in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, which takes place six months after Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Waking up on an island without his memories, Majima is saved by a young boy named Noah Rich. After coming to his senses, Majima sets out on an adventure in the Hawaiian waters with Noah to reclaim his memories and uncover treasure. Moreover, the game explores the aftermath of Infinite Wealth, including clean-up at Nele Island.
As previously revealed, the Dragon Kart and Crazy Delivery mini-games will make their return from past installments, along with new additions like the Pirates’ Coliseum activity. Further, fans may also customize Goro Majima’s outfit. In a post-launch update, players will have access to New Game+, which lets you start a new playthrough with bonuses.
Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii releases February 21 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders include the Ichiban Pirate Crew Set and Ichiban Special Outfit Set, which includes Ichiban and Nancy as crew members and Ichiban’s outfits for Majima respectively.
