SHIFT UP announced the new Stellar Blade Holiday Update will launch on December 17 with a new festive event, costumes, and more. The update is expected to bring more bug fixes as well.
A bright and colorful Christmas tree brings light to Xion, making it a cozy and festive space with decorations. The Last Gulp is also decorated for the holidays. At the camp, the seasonal BGM “Dawn (Winter)” and “Take Me Away” will be available. An On/Off feature will be available for the seasonal events and the NieR: Automata DLC, allowing players to tailor their experience even further.
A new mini-game will be available in Xion with the Stellar Blade Holiday Update. It offers new gameplay opportunities, and you can earn rewards upon completion. In addition, the update adds the Santa Dress for Eve, the I’m No Santa costume for Adam, the Santa Girl hairstyle, Rudolph Pack cosmetic for the Drone, and the Snow Crystal Glasses, Wreath Earrings, and Sleigh Ear Cuff accessory items.

Stellar Blade is available now on PlayStation 5. Fans may also look forward to a PC version of Stellar Blade, coming to Steam and Epic Games Store in 2025. A Stellar Blade sequel is also planned, and SHIFT UP is working on an all-new game as well.
