Square Enix and Tencent subsidiary Lightspeed Games announced Final Fantasy XIV Mobile, a mobile version of the critically acclaimed MMORPG. The mobile version faithfully recreates the story, duties, features, and content of the original game (Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn).
The mobile version is being developed under the supervision of current Final Fantasy XIV producer and director Naoki Yoshida. Final Fantasy XIV Mobile’s controls are optimized for single tap play, which is useful for quickly switching into one of the nine jobs and 11 gathering/crafting classes. The Gold Saucer is also present in all its wonder with mini-games like Triple Triad and Chocobo Racing.
