During the Super Nintendo World Direct, Nintendo announced the Donkey Kong Country park at Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Japan will open on December 11. Fans in Japan only need to wait a month to enter the new section with a Donkey Kong-themed Power-Up Band.
The Donkey Kong Country park at Super Nintendo World will feature exclusively themed merchandise and food, along with playable congas. A Donkey Kong Power-Up Band lets attendees discover secrets across the area by scanning letters, which is recorded on the Super Nintendo World Japan’s mobile app. Previously released Power-Up Bands will also work, so anyone can enjoy the theme park’s offerings with ease.
