Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO to Ban Players Using Mods in Custom Battle

Delete your custom battle mods, now!

The Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO developers announced that they will take “appropriate security measures” against players who used mods in the custom battle mode. Users who have any custom battles containing mods should delete them immediately in order to avoid a ban.

Additionally, Bandai Namco recently released a patch that adjusts classic controls and Yajirobe’s stats. Classic controls had an issue where the control setup was unresponsive during online matches. Also, Yajirobe’s senzu bean recovered his health fully, causing the developers to give him a closer look.

Fans may also look forward to new DLC characters Glorio and Vegeta (Mini) from Dragon Ball Daima. Glorio and Vegeta (Mini) will be available alongside others from Dragon Ball Daima in Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO DLC 2, launching in Q1 2025. Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO DLC 1 will also release in Q1 2025, focusing on playable characters from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. DLC 3 releases in Q2 2025 with more playable characters from Dragon Ball Daima. All three DLCs are available separately or with the Season Pass.

Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO is the fastest selling Dragon Ball game of all time, with over three million copies sold in the first 24 hours. Moreover, Discord users have streamed 78 million minutes of Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO to their friends in the first three days. During a three-day period since launch, Discord users also played over 228 million minutes of Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO as well.

Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. This is a reminder that any players with custom battles containing Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO mods should delete them now.
