HoYoverse announced the Discord linking feature is now available for Genshin Impact, allowing Discord users to show their in-game status. Completing the Discord link will unlock free rewards.
To link your Discord account with Genshin Impact, simply log into your HoYoverse account and link the game account at the linking page, then log into Discord. The page will detect your login status. Then, click on “Link Account” in the center to complete the process. The link will then display your Nickname, Adventure Rank, game server, and online duration.
To unlink the Discord account, simply go to the official linking page and click “Unlink.” After doing so, you can change to a different Genshin Impact account that hasn’t been linked to any Discord accounts. However, this link change can only be done once per month.
Completing the link feature grants a one-time Primogems x30 reward, which will be sent to the player’s in-game mailbox. The email containing the reward will be valid for 30 days.
Genshin Impact Version 5.0 “Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn” will launch on August 28, marking the debut of the Natlan region. Several new playable characters, story quests, and more will be introduced as well.
Fans will also celebrate the fourth anniversary of Genshin Impact with new rewards and bonuses in a celebratory event during Version 5.0. A special daily login event will return with up to 10 free Intertwined Fates and much more to claim.
Lastly, Genshin Impact is available now for Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Windows and Epic Games Store. A Nintendo Switch version is currently in development, but a release date has not been announced yet.
