ATLUS announced Studio Zero-developed fantasy RPG Metaphor: ReFantazio will be featured at Summer Game Fest 2024. Director Katsura Hashino and character designer Shigenori Soejima will be live on stage to present the game to attendees and viewers.
The October 11 release date for Metaphor: ReFantazio was revealed at the latest ATLUS Exclusive showcase. Metaphor: ReFantazio appears to be ATLUS’ last major release of 2024, after Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance and Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis: The Answer. Fans will learn more about Metaphor: ReFantazio and see new gameplay footage at Summer Game Fest 2024.

The official Twitter account for Summer Game Fest 2024 confirms that Hashino and Soejima will share new details about Metaphor: ReFantazio live on stage.

A new Metaphor: ReFantazio demo will be available at ATLUS Fes in Akihabara this June. A digital demo appears to be on the way as well, allowing players around the world to try out the game before launch.
Pre-orders for Metaphor: ReFantazio are available now, and fans may check availability at the game’s official website. A physical Standard Edition will be sold featuring the physical base game, Archetype EXP Item Set, and Journey Chest Set. Moreover, a Collector’s Edition will be available for $149.99 featuring the Standard Edition and various other goods, including a download code for Persona outfits.
Lastly, Metaphor: ReFantazio will launch on October 11 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Windows (Microsoft Store).
