SEGA and ATLUS have released a new “Daily Demon” video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, introducing the demon Jack-o’-Lantern. This demon was previously featured in the original Shin Megami Tensei V and Soul Hackers 2.

The May 6 Daily Demon video for Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance introduced Turbo Granny, the ghost of an old lady who runs on all fours at blazing speeds near Mt. Rokko. Those who catch a glimpse of her back will likely see a piece of paper that reads “Turbo.” She’s not dangerous to humans, but her love for speed trumps all.

Returning in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance, Jack-o’-Lantern is the ghost of a pumpkin lantern, which is a well-known Halloween decoration. It floats through the night to startle bystanders, but it may also invite them to follow it and cause them to lose their way.
