    Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link Opens Recruitment for iOS Closed Beta Test

    The closed beta test will also be available for Android.

    Square Enix announced that recruitment for the Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link closed beta test on iOS is now open for a limited time. The closed beta test will commence on May 2 for both Android and iOS.

    As previously announced, the Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link closed beta test will begin on May 2 at 7:00 a.m. UTC and run through May 10 at 8:59 a.m. UTC (tentative). The closed beta test will be held on iOS devices alongside Android, and players selected to participate will be notified on May 1. 

    Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link iOS Closed Beta Test Recruitment

    iOS players may now sign-up for the Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link closed beta test while the recruitment period is active. In order to participate, players must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK or Australia. Recruitment for the closed beta test on iOS will end on Friday, April 26 at 6:59 a.m. UTC. 1,500 applicants will be chosen to participate on iOS. 

    Here are the recommended specifications for iOS users: 

    • iOS: iOS 15.0 or higher / Device: iPhone XS or later / Free space: 5GB or more

    The recommended specs for Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link are expected to change before launch, according to Square Enix’s support website. More information about the closed beta test may also be found at the game’s official website.

    Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link was revealed alongside the highly-anticipated Kingdom Hearts IV during the 20th anniversary event in April 2022. Kingdom Hearts IV marks the beginning of the Lost Master arc, which is the “second phase” of the Kingdom Hearts series. Sora will explore the mysterious city of Quadratum, which is located in a separate universe regarded as “fiction” to the traditional Kingdom Hearts universe. Yoko Shimomura is expected to return as the composer for Kingdom Hearts IV

    Lastly, Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link launches in 2024 for Android and iOS devices worldwide. Kingdom Hearts IV is currently in development for unannounced platforms.
